Processing Times: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means your order is processing. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Times: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Average shipping time to the contiguous United States is 4-10 days, but is dependent upon carriers’ shipping timeframes.

Shipping is available to the United States only to all 50 states, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

No international shipping is currently available.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and are calculated and reflected at checkout as below:

Carriers (currently USPS) are selected based on lowest cost.

Discounts may be offered from time to time, which may include free shipping with a minimum purchase using a discount promotional code. Promo codes are announced on the website, emails, and social media

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds will be processed.
